Many clients who come to me feel broken, ashamed, or confused around sexual concerns. They’re usually trying to avoid conflict in their relationship, or maybe avoiding sex altogether. Some need help working through their identity in the context of their unique life situation.
Often, there’s tension between who they are and what they’ve been told they should be. Clients may feel like their body betrays them. Or like no one has ever made space for their truth.

If that sounds familiar, I want you to know that it’s possible to work through your challenges. You can overcome them with help from a sex expert, and I’d love to help you and/or your relationship(s).
Whether you’re dealing with mismatched desire, trauma, shame, gender or identity-related stress, or cultural pressures, these issues are worthy of attention and care. Therapy helps you face them without being alone.

Sex therapy creates room for your to feel safe, heard, and seen. You begin to speak honestly and define your own goals. You learn what arousal, desire, and connection look like for you. You get to unpack old narratives, set new boundaries, and explore your needs without judgment.

Clients often say they feel more confident, more aligned with their values, and more able to experience pleasure. From my perspective, I love seeing clients feel more relaxed in their bodies and identities, and to feel self-trust and connection in the sexual parts of their lives. I love seeing clients find community if that’s important to them.

Therapy also supports you in improving communication with partners, navigating non-traditional relationships, and embracing parts of yourself that may have been silenced before. This is YOUR time to heal and come to a better feeling place - both within yourself and in important relationships.

When you allow me to support you in therapy, each session follows a general approach. It’s collaborative and customized to your needs. And I often integrates systemic therapy with sex therapy principles, looking at how your identities, relationships, and social context all interact with your sexual wellbeing.
Nothing is off-limits here: kink, gender identity, non-monogamy, sex work, shame, and more are welcome topics. I’ve helped clients with all of these in the past, and would love to help you as well. My clients come from all races, cultures, genders, neurodivergence statuses, and I love helping them all.
Sessions are held via secure telehealth for Oregon and Washington residents. Therapy may involve body awareness exercises, values exploration, communication tools, or processing past experiences, all at your pace.
